Express Delivery is available at checkout for both pet tags and other pet products. After your order has been engraved and dispatched, Express Post typically arrives within 1–3 business days to most Australian CBD and metropolitan locations.

Order Tracking

Customers who select Tracked Shipping for their pet tags, Express Delivery, or who purchase harnesses, collars, leads, and other pet products will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Orders sent using Free Standard Delivery (Untracked) for pet tags do not include tracking.

Multiple Items

If you've ordered multiple personalised products, we'll do our best to ship everything together. Occasionally, items may arrive separately to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
