Important Delivery Information

Parcel Lockers: Pet ID tags sent via FREE standard untracked delivery are posted in envelopes and cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business postal address.

Tracking: Tracking details are provided for orders shipped using tracked delivery services.

Delivery Delays: While we always aim for prompt delivery, occasional postal delays are outside our control. Please allow up to 14 business days for standard delivery in some locations.

Order Tracking

Customers who select Tracked Shipping for their pet tags, Express Delivery, or who purchase harnesses, collars, leads, and other pet products will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Orders sent using Free Standard Delivery (Untracked) for pet tags do not include tracking.

Multiple Items

If you've ordered multiple personalised products, we'll do our best to ship everything together. Occasionally, items may arrive separately to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
