I've always believed how you respond to a customer issue as a measure of customer care.
I made an error in my on-line order which i assumed (incorrectly) was a problem not of my making, turns out it was!!
The team at Pet ID Tags not only undertook to correct the error and send new tags they insisted doing so at their cost.
